FINAL WALK-THROUGH APPOINTMENT
The final walk through is typically scheduled about eight weeks before the event.
We have found that the final walk-through can run between two and three hours depending on the number of vendors/service providers that attend the meeting.
Please use the scheduling application below to book a time with our staff for your Final Walk-Through.
Please bring the following items to your Final Walk Through:
Remaining payments
Final catering decisions
Final guest count
Copy of your completed floor/site plan (or we can assist you in completing during your appointment)
Vendor list with contact information (if in the event a vendor is not listed, there will be a day of processing fee of $125)
VISITOR REQUIREMENTS
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled tour then your tour will need to be rescheduled.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
DO NOT use the call box at the front gate.
All guests are asked to wait outside the main gate.
Your tour host will meet you there at the time of your tour to escort you onto the property.
DO NOT drive onto the property without an escort.
DO NOT drive through the gate when someone else is leaving.
SPEED LIMIT
The speed limit on the property is 10mph.
STAFF COMMUNICATION
Please be sure to communicate with our staff about any arrival delays or other changes at least 20 minutes before your scheduled tour.
