The final walk-through is an important milestone in the planning process. This appointment allows us to review your event details together on-site, confirm logistics, and ensure everything is aligned for a smooth and successful event day.

Our goal is simple: to help you feel confident, prepared, and excited as your celebration approaches.

  • Your final walk-through typically takes place closer to your event date and is designed to confirm the details that matter most. During this appointment, we will:

    • Review your event timeline and overall flow

    • Walk through ceremony, reception, and gathering spaces

    • Confirm layout plans, key locations, and access points

    • Confirm rentals and add-ons provided by Blomgren Ranch

    • Discuss vendor arrival timing and coordination

    • Address any final questions or updates

    This is also an opportunity to visualize how your event will come together across the ranch and make any last refinements needed.

  • To ensure your appointment is productive and efficient, please bring the following items with you:

    • Final guest count

    • A copy of your completed floor or site plan. If you haven’t finalized this yet, our team can assist you during your appointment

    • A complete vendor list with contact information

    Please note: If a vendor is not listed in advance, a day-of processing fee of $125 will apply.

    Presenting these details ahead of time helps us coordinate effectively and ensures a smooth experience on event day.

  • We recommend that the following individuals attend the final walk-through whenever possible:

    • The primary event host(s)

    • Your planner or coordinator (if applicable)

    • Anyone involved in key event decisions

    Having all decision-makers present helps ensure clarity and alignment moving into event week.

  • Final walk-through appointments are scheduled by appointment only. Please use the scheduling application below to select a date and time that works best for you.

    Our staff recommends that you book your final walk-through appointment about eight (8) weeks prior to your event date.

    Arrival Time

    Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so we can honor other scheduled appointments.

    If you anticipate a delay, please notify us as soon as possible (see Communication below).

    Access to the Property

    For the safety and privacy of our guests and staff, we kindly ask that you:

    • Wait outside the main gate upon arrival.

    • Do not use the call box at the front gate.

    • Do not drive onto the property without your host present.

    • Do not enter through the gate while another vehicle is exiting.

    Your host will meet you at the gate at your scheduled time and escort you onto the property.

    On-Property Speed Limit

    The speed limit throughout the ranch is 10 mph.

    Communication

    If your arrival time changes or you need to adjust your appointment, please contact our staff at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
