Whether you’re just beginning the planning process or narrowing down final details, our tours are designed to be informative, relaxed, and tailored to your event vision.

  • During your visit, a member of our team will guide you through the ranch and help you understand how the space can be used for your event. Your tour typically includes:

    • A walk-through of our distinct event spaces

    • Discussion of ceremony, reception, and gathering options

    • An overview of guest flow, timing, and layout possibilities

    • Answers to questions about capacity, logistics, and amenities

  • Blomgren Ranch is a popular choice for clients planning from outside the area. If you’re visiting Santa Clarita specifically to tour venues, we’re happy to help you make the most of your time by discussing scheduling flexibility, nearby accommodations, and local resources.

    If an in-person tour isn’t immediately possible, please reach out — we’re glad to discuss options and next steps.

    Arrival Time

    Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so we can honor other scheduled appointments.

    If you anticipate a delay, please notify us as soon as possible (see Communication below).

    Access to the Property

    For the safety and privacy of our guests and staff, we kindly ask that you:

    • Wait outside the main gate upon arrival.

    • Do not use the call box at the front gate.

    • Do not drive onto the property without your host present.

    • Do not enter through the gate while another vehicle is exiting.

    Your host will meet you at the gate at your scheduled time and escort you onto the property.

    On-Property Speed Limit

    The speed limit throughout the ranch is 10 mph.

    Communication

    If your arrival time changes or you need to adjust your appointment, please contact our staff at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
