During your contract signing appointment, a member of our team will walk through the venue agreement with you and answer any questions you may have. This appointment typically includes:

• Reviewing your selected date and event space(s)

• Confirming event timing and basic logistics

• Walking through the venue agreement together

• Reviewing payment structure and next steps

• Answering any remaining questions before signing

We want you to feel confident and excited — never rushed.

To make the most of your appointment, please plan to:

• Review the venue agreement in advance, if provided

• Bring any questions you’d like to discuss

• Be prepared to complete required signatures and initial payments

Our team will guide you through each step and outline what comes next after your contract is signed.

We recommend that all primary decision-makers attend the contract signing appointment. This helps ensure everyone involved has a clear understanding of the agreement and the planning process moving forward.

If you’re working with a planner or coordinator, they’re welcome to attend as well.

Arrival Time

Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so we can honor other scheduled appointments.

If you anticipate a delay, please notify us as soon as possible (see Communication below).

Access to the Property

For the safety and privacy of our guests and staff, we kindly ask that you:

• Wait outside the main gate upon arrival.

• Do not use the call box at the front gate.

• Do not drive onto the property without your host present.

• Do not enter through the gate while another vehicle is exiting.

Your host will meet you at the gate at your scheduled time and escort you onto the property.

On-Property Speed Limit

The speed limit throughout the ranch is 10 mph.
