CLEAR GUIDELINES FOR A SMOOTH EVENT
Blomgren Ranch works closely with a wide range of professional vendors to help bring each event to life. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, organized, and seamless experience for vendors, hosts, and guests alike.
We appreciate our vendor partners and value collaboration, clear communication, and preparation as key elements of a successful event.
PROOF OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All vendors working at Blomgren Ranch are required to provide proof of insurance prior to the event. Insurance documentation helps protect all parties involved and ensures compliance with venue policies.
All vendors must carry the following coverage:
General Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 of coverage
Auto Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 of coverage (if applicable)
Workers Compensation Insurance with $1,000,000 of coverage (if you have payroll employees)
If your company hires workers for the day (sub-contractors or 1099 workers), those workers need to carry their own individual general liability insurance coverage under your guideline.
Blomgren Ranch must be listed as additionally insured with the following business information:

Santa Clarita, CA 91390Vendors must include a Waiver of Subrogation in the COI they provide
Proof of insurance must be submitted before the event date
Vendors must also provide the following information before the event date:
Number of people who will be joining the event (additional leads, assistants, laborers, etc.)
Arrival and departure times
Scope of work
Vendors without approved insurance documentation may not be permitted to operate on-site
VENDOR INFORMATION
To support smooth coordination, all vendors must be listed with the venue in advance. Advance registration allows our team to plan arrivals, setup timing, and site access appropriately.
Clients are responsible for providing a complete vendor list with contact information
Vendor lists are reviewed prior to the event
Vendors not listed in advance may be subject to a day-of processing fee
ARRIVAL + SETUP TIMING
Vendor arrival and setup times are coordinated to ensure efficient use of the property and minimal disruption to the event flow.
Arrival and setup times must be approved in advance
Vendors may only access the property during their assigned time window
Early arrivals without approval may be asked to wait off-site
Specific timing details will be reviewed during the final walk-through appointment and confirmed two weeks prior to the event.
LOAD-IN + SETUP + BREAKDOWN
Blomgren Ranch is committed to maintaining the beauty and safety of the property.
Vendors must use designated load-in and setup areas
All setup/breakdowns must be completed within approved scheduled times:
We will confirm your load-in and load-out times with each vendor
Standard load-in time is 10:00am
Standard loud-out time is one (1) hour after the event ends
Vendors are responsible for the removal of all equipment, décor, and materials on the day of the event.
Any damage to the property caused by vendor equipment or activities is the responsibility of the vendor.
WORKING WITHIN THE VENUE
To ensure a positive experience for all:
Vendors must follow all venue guidelines and staff direction
Staking or alterations to the property require prior approval
No open flames
Noise levels must comply with venue and local regulations - .85 decibels with minimal bass
Vendors are expected to maintain a professional appearance and conduct
These policies help protect the venue while ensuring a smooth experience for hosts and guests.
EXCLUSIVE VENUE SERVICES
Please note that certain services are exclusively provided by Blomgren Ranch and may not be supplied by outside vendors. These include:
Valet parking services
Event tenting
This ensures proper installation, safety, and coordination with the venue infrastructure.
