Blomgren Ranch offers a comprehensive range of on-site services designed to support your event and simplify the planning process. From essential event elements to optional upgrades, our offerings are curated to help your celebration come together smoothly and beautifully.

Our wedding at Blomgren Ranch was everything that we had hoped and dreamed of. The employees were very easy to work with and I never felt like a burden asking questions leading up to the wedding. I loved that we could invite all of our friends and family to our special day because it is so spacious and I was able to bring my own decorations to make it unique to us! We look back at our wedding day and wish we could relive it over and over again! INCLUDED SERVICES

All event bookings at Blomgren Ranch include the following services as part of the base event cost:

  • Seven (7) hours for you to host your guests

  • Standard 60” round tables (based on guest count)

  • Standard folding rectangular tables

  • Wood folding chairs (white or brown)

  • Linens with color options including black, white, and ivory

  • Licensed and certified bartenders

  • Ice for bar service

  • Licensed and certified security staff

  • Self-parking for guests

  • Restroom facilities

  • Post-event clean-up

  • Set-up of items provided by Blomgren Ranch staff

  • General Liability Insurance - for you and your guests

  • Site lighting

These inclusions ensure your event is well-supported from arrival through clean-up, allowing you to focus on enjoying the experience.

ADDITIONAL ON-SITE UPGRADES

The following enhancements are available upon request. Additional charges apply:

  • X-back chairs

  • Farm tables

  • Wood wine barrels

  • Heaters

  • Place settings including:

    • Charger plate

    • Dinner plate

    • Salad plate

    • Water goblet

    • Champagne glass

    • Silverware

    • Cloth napkin

  • Table skirts

  • Arbors or ceremony arches

  • Cocktail tables

  • Wood signs

  • Loveseat for the sweetheart table

  • Shepherd hooks

  • Glass vases for candy or dessert displays

  • Coffee bar service

These upgrades allow you to personalize your event aesthetic and guest experience while maintaining a cohesive look throughout the ranch.

  • Valet parking services

Offering these services in-house allows us to ensure proper installation, safety, and seamless integration with the venue.
