Schedule a Tour
There’s no substitute for experiencing the ranch in person.
During your tour, you’ll explore our distinct event spaces, walk the grounds, and get a feel for how your event can flow throughout the property. Our team will walk you through layout options, timing considerations, and how other celebrations have been brought to life across the ranch.

Most events at Blomgren Ranch are booked 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding and celebration seasons. That said, availability varies, and we’re always happy to discuss upcoming dates and flexible options.

To officially secure your date, we require a signed agreement and a deposit. Once completed, your date is reserved exclusively for your event, allowing you to move forward with planning confidently.

Absolutely. We highly recommend scheduling a tour to experience the ranch in person. Touring allows you to explore the grounds, view the event spaces, and better understand how your celebration can flow throughout the property.

Yes. Blomgren Ranch welcomes outside vendors and also offers access to a trusted network of local professionals who are familiar with the property. This flexibility allows you to customize your event while benefiting from experienced partners if desired.
We require that all vendors and sub contractors provide proof of their own General Liability Insurance and workers’ compensation insurance.

Yes. With 29 acres and multiple event spaces, Blomgren Ranch is designed to comfortably host both intimate gatherings and large celebrations — without feeling crowded. During your tour, we’ll discuss layouts and guest flow to ensure the space fits your event.

Very much so. While the ranch feels private and secluded, it’s located just minutes from Santa Clarita hotels, Downtown Newhall, dining, and attractions, with easy freeway access. Many hosts and guests choose to turn events into a full weekend experience.
